About Butler, Pennsylvania
Butler is a small but important city located in Butler County, Pennsylvania. Butler, which is the county seat, is situated approximately 35 miles away from Pittsburgh. In 1982, the manufacturing facility closed down for good, eventually being replaced by a strip mall. Although the city has suffered through its fair share of economic decline, an early Ford dealership still remains in Butler, PA.
